GA:RAK is an immersive music festival designed to wash away the fatigue of the everyday. Taking its name from the Korean word for "melody," the event is a space where different walks of life meet through the medium of sound. 

At the core of GA:RAK vol.1 is the intersection of Korean traditional music and modern club culture. Multiple DJs reinterpret traditional Korean sounds as source material for their sets, weaving folk melodies and rhythmic patterns into electronic beats. 

In the basement floor, known as “The Rabbit Hole,” an international pansori ensemble takes the stage. Comprised entirely of non-Korean performers.

GA:RAK(가락)은 뮤지키(Muzikey)가 선보이는 음악 중심의 포용적 축제입니다. 일상의 피로를 녹이는 ‘한 줄의 가락’처럼, 다양한 삶의 결들이 음악을 매개로 만나 어우러지는 장을 만듭니다. 

GA:RAK vol.1의 핵심 프로그램은 한국 전통음악과 현대 클럽 문화의 교차입니다. 여러 DJ가 한국의 전통적 사운드를 모티브로 각자의 세트리스트를 구성해, 민요와 전통 리듬을 전자음과 비트 안에서 새롭게 해석합니다. 전통은 인용이 아니라 동시대의 언어로 다시 연주됩니다.

B1 ‘토끼굴’에서는 외국인으로 구성된 판소리 공연단이 무대에 올라, 판소리의 울림을 글로벌한 감각으로 재해석합니다.
